This fine art print of the Quiraing on the Isle of Skye was taken just as the sun started to light up the Sound of Raasay, and through some lovely light over the valley and the Cnoc a Mheirlich (left).

The moody black and white processing has brought out a lovely silhouette of the snow-capped mainland at sunrise, which gives this spectacular view even more of a supernatural feel than normal.

When printed, this fine art print looks amazing and currently graces my own wall. I'd be quite happy to sit here every morning to watch the sunrise over the Quiraing; to be fair, anywhere on the Isle of Skye at sunrise, sunset, midday or in a gale makes me smile.
