Amy + Tom

A Deepdale Farm Wedding
Amy & Tom got married at Deepdale Farm Weddings on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors. The wedding venue is a rural blank canvas that can be dressed as desired for your wedding. The ceremony barn at Deepdale Farm adjoins the main barn and was arranged as a music/chill-out area for the guests to enjoy later in the day.
This was our first visit to Deepdale Farm as wedding photographers and was lovely to see how Amy & Tom chose a rustic feel with hay bales for guests to sit on during the ceremony, pork pies, and sharing boards for their sit-down meal.
Just to say the biggest of thank yous for yesterday. We had the most amazing day and you both were fantastic, it felt more like having friends at the wedding rather than photographers! We had so many comments from family and friends about how great you were to be around too.
Amy & Tom are very much into their music, with them both being part of a brass band, which provided the music during the day. Tom’s dad & brother are both musicians too, and both took up their instruments to entertain the guests after the main meal.
Yorkshire Moors Bridal Portraits
We were lucky enough to head up to the moors with our bride & groom for their quick portrait session (Amy’s Sister being taxi driver); you cannot beat the views up on the hills.
Ceilidh at Deepdale Farm
Amy had a change of dress for the evening, with the two of them finishing their day with a choreographed first dance (epic!!), a very lively Ceilidh (which of course Craig ended up in the middle of), and lots of fun and dancing.
Hiiiiiiiiiiiii!!
Thank you SO MUCH, we've just looked at every one (with a Lemsip and an alcohol-free beer - rock and roll).
It's so lovely to see all the smiles that you've captured from the day, and to live it all again!
Deepdale Farm Wedding Venue
Deepdale Farm is a DIY barn wedding venue at the end of North Yorkshire and a stone’s throw from the Yorkshire Moors, there’s a large camping field complete with tipi tents or you can take your own, and is great for a festival vibe wedding. The main barn is the focal point of the weddings, where most of the wedding day festivities take place. Within the main barn is seating for up to 160, increasing to 300 standing. Decorated with drapes, fairy lights, and festoon lights, you're able to make up the rest with your own personal touches.
The ceremony barn is just that; adjoined to the main barn, the ceremony barn is licensed for weddings. After the ceremony (if you chose this space), it can then become a multifunctional area - chill out area, food serving area, games room, or as Amy & Tom did, they had their family band playing, and served the evening food/cake in here. We can't wait to shoot more Deepdale Farm Weddings!

What a couple these two are... chilled out, smart, stylish, funny, utterly devoted to each other, and they laughed throughout their day... they thoroughly enjoyed every single minute of their day! Thank you so much for allowing us to share your amazing day, and of course, asking us to be your Deepdale Farm Wedding Photographer; We wholeheartedly wish you both all the best for the future.
