A SUMMER WEDDING AT JESMOND DENE HOUSE

We'd previously done the pre-wedding photography at Creswell Beach with Kim & Steve, Kim’s mum lives nearby so it was the perfect location for their pre shoot & the beach has meaningful memories for them both. The pre-shoot / engagement photography helped a great deal as Steve isn’t the greatest fan of having his photograph taken!

Kim & Steve had their wedding ceremony at Jesmond Dene house and we were privileged to be their wedding photographers for their big day. Their wedding ceremony took place in The Grand Hall, which has a huge gothic windows and carved inglenook fireplace.

Kim wore a lace Eternity Bride wedding dress from The Wedding Studio, Blyth and Steve wore a blue three piece suit from Walton’s Suit Hire, Newcastle.

Their wedding colour scheme was lemon & white and their flowers were provided by Naomi the Flower Girl, North Shields;

Kim’s wedding hair was curled & the top put back into an intricate knot with small pieces of gypsophila pinned in, her were Ardia & Chris from Bassu, Morpeth; her make up artist was Georgia Sankey of Meia.

Kim made her own fruit three tiered wedding cake, complete with roses & lace made of icing & it looked beautiful.

Their wedding day was celebrated with their family and friends with lots of laughs, a few tears from the groom and lots of love.
